Exciting News to Share

We have exciting news to share!  We now have a great piece of property under contract for Bethel Hills Community!  Our closing date is set for March 1st!

This property is 128 beautiful acres in the Dutzow area. There are existing structures on the property which will make our start-up a bit quicker.

Due to our incredibly generous donors, we can purchase this wonderful property debt-free! The current owners have lovingly cared for this property. It has been used for Christian service and mission for many years so it has a great foundation.  We look forward to continuing walking in the footsteps of Jesus as we develop this Christian community for all abilities.  

March 2nd we plan to begin some preventive maintenance projects and remodeling of the first 2 homes. We will not have a cash flow until later in the year when we welcome our first occupants. We believe it is the Lord’s preference that we move forward without debt as much as possible and that is our goal.  

Thank you to all of you who have contributed for us to reach this milestone. Please continue to remember us in prayer and as the Lord leads in continued contributions.  Will share more news once we’ve closed on the property!
