Our Community Plan

Bethel Hills is a faith-based neighborhood of apartment homes in a safe, secure, setting - specifically designed for the needs and aspirations of individuals with and without developmental disabilities ages 21 and up.

Today, we are home to 15 adults, with more than 300 guests visiting for daily activities and events. Due to an overwhelming need, our plan is to increase to 45 residents by 2027. 

With your support, adults with I/DD can find long term, stable housing while developing independent living skills here at Bethel Hills.

 The urgency; while individuals with I/DD have the right to choose where they want to live – there are limited options in the marketplace. Many need to try multiple options in order to find what works best. With the input of families and individuals with I/DD, and supportive housing experts, residents choose Bethel Hills because they believe our community could be a great home.

Bethel Hills Community is the embodiment of our vision for a faith-based community called where individuals with and without developmental disabilities live life to the fullest together. We are blessed to be a part of this growing reality just minutes from Washington, Missouri.
