Kick-Starting our Dream with LTO Ventures

Whew! We just completed a full-day with housing consultant LTO Ventures doing their Kick-Starting Your Dream Workshop, an intensive one-day exploration of the potential of our group to achieve its housing vision and mission. From this we get a comprehensive Organizational Readiness Assessment including specific actionable recommendations we can use to advance our project and as groundwork for Strategic Plan Development. They also showed us a specific tactic we can use now to begin our fundraising.
